Return Policy

In adherence to the sensitive nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that come into contact with any body part or fluid, except in cases of a manufacturer defect.

These items encompass, but are not restricted to: vibrators, dildos, douche, enema, anal toys, cock rings, cock sleeves, lubricants, massage oils, condoms, body paints, lingerie, and menswear.

Once these products have left our warehouse, they are deemed used and, consequently, non-returnable. If you suspect a manufacturer defect, kindly document the nature of the defect and promptly contact a representative from Secrets Boutiques. Defective products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated.
